In an effort to support this local startup, we focused heavily on creating an experience that was driven by the user. We integrated technology to improve the experience for hourly job seekers using the application. By providing a clear scope of the hiring process and simplifying the search for hourly jobs, we have removed some of the frustration for the end-user and provided a more valuable service.

It’s like matchmaking.

The AgileProfiles™ application allows companies to create a profile that is visible to any job seeker in the network. Each company shares what’s unique about their business, what kinds of jobs they have at their company, shifts available, and any other job related details. This allows job seekers to apply for jobs by sharing their profile with them and instantly gives companies visibility to people who have expressed interest in working for them.

Clear communication to all

Agile Profiles™ application allows job seeker and job manager a clear communication throughout the steps of a hiring process from reviewed applications to scheduling interviews and even sending and receiving a job offer and job acceptance in the app.
